- Check that your phone has NFC and that it is active.
- Check that you have a suitable and up-to-date ConfIT Rejestraotry app!
- If the attempt to connect to the device still results in failure, clear the application data.
- Check the correct twisting of the case along with the proper positioning of the phone on the cover itself.
- If you still can’t read the device, perform a reset of the device by short-circuiting with a thin wire or cable the 2nd and 8th pins located under the simholder socket.
- Check the battery level.

What can cause difficulty in connecting to devices using NFC?

Why is the device not sending data?

The device does not count pulses after direct mounting.
In a situation where the device is not configured to count pulses after direct mounting, you should
activate this option:

- From the “Configuration” tab, check its correctness.
- If the configuration is correct, it may indicate a swapped polarity in the transmitter wire relative to the device.
- Refer to the technical documentation to locate the DI1 and GND signal and swap the order of these wires in the plug
- Read the device and in the left menu configuration in the Connector A or B tab, check that one of them is set to: “Pressure measurement”.
- If the configuration is correct, the sensor or connector on the recorder may have been damaged.
- To check, connect the sensor to another device and see if it works properly.
